Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Accessories, including wristpacks, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm its arrival and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  • Double-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for your refund to post.
  • Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at E289official@gmail.com and send your item to:

You are responsible for covering your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Package Protection (Optional)

At checkout, we offer optional package protection to safeguard against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. This affordable service ensures a faster, hassle-free resolution in the event of shipping issues.

Please note: We do not cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless package protection was purchased.

If you opt out of package protection, you assume full responsibility for any shipping-related issues. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend adding this protection at checkout.
